According to NABU and SAPO, in 2022 the owner of a construction company offered an official an undue advantage in the form of works and services worth USD 100 thousand for the construction of one of the houses on the coast in exchange for helping to have the AMCU cancel the results of a tender won by a competitor; investigators claim that the official agreed, and the AMCU subsequently adopted the corresponding decision. On 24.02.2026 the indictment was sent to court. There is no verdict.

According to NABU and SAPO, in 2020–2022 a former Deputy Head of the Office of the President acquired assets worth UAH 17.1 million while having savings and official income of over UAH 1.3 million; the investigation qualifies the difference of UAH 15.7 million as illicit enrichment. Most of the assets were registered to his brother. A notice of suspicion was served in May 2024, and on 24.02.2026 the indictment was sent to court. The official announcement does not name him; Ukrainska Pravda identifies the defendant as Andrii Smyrnov. There is no verdict.
