Purchase by the wife of a regional prosecutor of property worth UAH 1.5 million with minimal income

According to Bihus.Info journalists, in early 2018 the wife of Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast prosecutor Oleksandr Stratiuk bought a Lincoln Navigator car used by the prosecutor, as well as a Toyota (a Land Cruiser in the video) and a three-room apartment in a new building in Ivano-Frankivsk — in total, according to the journalists' estimate, worth approximately UAH 1.5 million. At the same time, her income for 2017, according to the journalists, was about UAH 3 thousand (UAH 3,200 in the article), less than one minimum monthly wage. The amount of UAH 1.5 million is given in the story as the journalists' overall estimate. Journalistic investigation: no official proceedings regarding these facts have been registered (at least none are known). The story contains no comment from the prosecutor. The person is presumed innocent until proven guilty by a court.
