According to a Bihus.Info investigation (declarations, real estate register, LUN data), in 2019, when Andrii Svatok headed a department in the Mykolaiv Oblast Prosecutor's Office, he registered an apartment of almost 130 m² in a club house in Kyiv; declared value ~$90 thousand, market value ~$180 thousand. Shortly before that he declared cash gifts from two grandmothers — about $100 thousand in total. The prosecutor explained the origin of the funds by his late grandfather's work as director of a sugar factory and the sale of land. No official criminal proceedings have been registered; in March 2026 the NACP began monitoring the prosecutor's lifestyle.
