According to the declaration, in October 2022 a family member of the prosecutor acquired 29.2 sq m premises in Polianytsia (the «Khvoia» apart-hotel, Bukovel) for UAH 183,296. Bihus.Info journalists reported that housing of similar size in this complex is being sold for about USD 162 thousand (the amount is the journalists' estimate based on listings), and also reported on other acquisitions by the family in Bukovel. The prosecutor declined to comment. After the publication, the Office of the Prosecutor General initiated an internal investigation. No official criminal proceedings have been registered: this is a journalistic investigation.
