104 m² apartment in the Hennessy House residential complex received as a gift from a pensioner mother

According to a Bihus.Info investigation, in his declaration before leaving ARMA (January 2024) the official listed only the right to use housing owned by other persons, and in March 2024 he became the owner of a 104.3 m² apartment in the Hennessy House residential complex in Kyiv; the journalists estimate such an apartment at about USD 140 thousand (the episode amount is the journalists' estimate; the declared value is UAH 1,563,000). According to the declaration, the apartment was a gift from his mother, who, according to registers, has never been engaged in business; according to the journalists, the official had no income of his own apart from his salary and a few thousand dollars of savings. This is a journalistic investigation: no criminal proceedings have been registered.
