Unregistered house in the “Obrii Family Club” cottage community and expensive property of the family of an Energoatom top manager

Bihus.Info journalists reported that on a land plot in the «Obrii Femeli Klab» cottage community (Khodosivka village, Kyiv Oblast), which Taras Tkach bought in spring 2020 (according to the declaration – 18 sotky for UAH 218 thousand), a house has been built that is not registered in the real estate register. According to the LUN archive, in 2020 prices for houses in the community started from UAH 11 million (about USD 400 thousand); the exact value is unknown, the amount is the journalists' minimum estimate. There are no Tkach declarations after 2020 in the NACP register. The journalists also reported on a penthouse of over 160 sq. m in the «Taim» residential complex (Kyiv), registered to relatives (according to Tkach – about UAH 5 million, sold in autumn 2025), and a BMW X7 registered to a female relative and used by Tkach (according to a listing – over USD 140 thousand). Tkach replied in writing that the house is being built in stages and has not been commissioned, and that his parents' property was bought with their income from work in India. The surname «Tkach» is heard in transcripts of wiretaps in the «Midas» case, but no notices of suspicion to him have been found. No official proceedings have been registered concerning the described property: this is a journalistic investigation.
