Relatives’ real estate in Kyiv worth over USD 1 million acquired while he worked as a prosecutor in Kyiv Oblast

According to a Bihus.Info investigation, in 2021–2022 the prosecutor's father bought a three-room apartment in Kyiv (similar ones are now offered for over USD 150 thousand), which is used by the prosecutor's family, and a house in the «Gold Fish» cottage community (prices at the time of purchase — from USD 230 thousand). His wife's relatives from Shostka, who own a supermarket chain, have since 2022 bought apartments and parking spaces in the Kyiv complexes «Panorama na Pechersku», «Metropole», «Trinity» and on Vasylkivska Street — the journalists estimate them at over USD 1 million; they also lent the prosecutor's family money for a BMW X5 (according to the video — UAH 2.3 million) and provided cars and housing for their use. The episode amount is the journalists' estimate of the market value of the relatives' real estate, not the transaction price. The prosecutor explained that his father had accumulated the funds through entrepreneurial activity (in the article — about UAH 17 million, in the video's auto-subtitles — «7 million»), and that the relatives have a profitable business. This is a journalistic investigation: no criminal proceedings have been registered.
