According to the NACP, lifestyle monitoring established that the secretary of the city council actually used a BMW X7 (2019) and a Mercedes-Benz S 400 (2021), formally registered to his driver; the contract prices were UAH 500 thousand and UAH 50 thousand, while the market value of the cars is over UAH 7.4 million. SAPO filed a claim with the HACC to declare the assets unjustified and recover them to the state (civil forfeiture, not criminal proceedings). According to media reports, on 16.07.2026 the HACC opened proceedings; there is no decision. The official denies this, stating that he rents these cars. The outlet «18000» cites a sum of about UAH 7.5 million; in the Bihus.Info video the BMW is described as registered to a person other than the driver. The record uses the amount from the NACP statement.
