According to the SBI and SAPO, in November 2020, while serving as a member of the Mlyniv District Council, the person acquired 5 land plots in Sofiivska Borshchahivka, Kyiv Oblast, without having lawful income or savings for this. In June 2025 a SAPO prosecutor filed a lawsuit to have the assets declared unjustified; in August 2025 the HACC declared them unjustified in the amount of UAH 5.6 million and forfeited them to the state. The SBI does not name the person; the identification is per the AntAC and regional media. ZAXID.NET gives UAH 5.8 million in its headline; the amount entered is the figure from the SBI announcement. This is civil forfeiture, not a criminal verdict; the status "journalistic" is provisional — the list has no separate status for civil forfeiture. Any appeal against the decision has not been verified.
