According to the HACC verdict of 09.04.2026 (approval of a plea agreement), the expenses of the Odesa Regional Council deputy and his family members in 2023–2024, including UAH 19.46 million for construction of a residential house and structures in a dacha building cooperative in Odesa region, exceeded their lawful income by UAH 11,021,837. He was found guilty under Part 1 of Article 368-5 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine; sentenced to 5 years' imprisonment, released from serving it with probation (1-year probation period), and banned from holding office for 2 years; under the agreement he must pay UAH 11 million to the state budget and UAH 2 million to the Armed Forces. According to SAPO, he admitted guilt even before being notified of suspicion. The verdict entered into force on 12.05.2026 (Unified State Register of Court Decisions).
