According to NABU and SAPO, a Member of Parliament entered false information totalling almost UAH 1.79 million in his e-declaration for 2020 (Article 366-2(1) of the Criminal Code). The proceedings were opened after an investigation by Schemes (Radio Liberty) into an undeclared Toyota Highlander SUV registered to the MP's son. A notice of suspicion was served on 17.11.2022, and the MP was put on the wanted list; in April 2023 the HACC closed the proceedings due to the expiry of the statute of limitations (not on exonerating grounds).
