Civil forfeiture, not a criminal case. On a claim by a SAPO prosecutor based on materials from the NACP (lifestyle monitoring) and the SBI, on 06.01.2026 the HACC partially declared unjustified assets worth over UAH 3.8 million acquired while in office: a house with a land plot, two cars and USD 20,000. According to the NACP, the property was bought in cash, while the family's lawful income was spent mostly by non-cash means. The court recovered to the state the house with the land and the value of one car (UAH 786,300). On 27.04.2026 the HACC Appeals Chamber upheld the decision; it has entered into force.
