According to the Bihus.Info investigation “TesteSkhovyshche” (2017), in August 2010, under gift agreements, a mansion in Kozyn (a house of about 1,520 sq m on 1.33 ha, a tennis court, a swimming pool) and a number of apartments and non-residential premises in the centre of Kyiv were re-registered to the father-in-law of Member of Parliament Anton Yatsenko. According to the registers, the previous owner of the mansion and at least three other properties was Yatsenko himself. The journalists estimated the total value of the father-in-law's real estate (excluding the mansion) at “about 8 million dollars”; the article headline and the introduction to the video cite 10 million dollars. Before e-declaration was introduced, the MP filed empty declarations, and he declared the mansion in Kozyn as a property in use only in his e-declaration. Yatsenko declined to explain the origin of the property. No official proceedings have been registered based on these findings (according to open sources).
