According to the OPG and the SBI, a former Deputy Chair of the High Commercial Court of Ukraine, while serving as a judge of that court, personally or through other persons acquired 6 apartments and 5 garages in the Novopecherski Lypky and Tetris Hall residential complexes, non-residential premises, 3 cars, 18 land plots and corporate rights in 2 legal entities, and deposited USD 60 thousand in cash into an account; based on lifestyle monitoring, the NACP identified signs of illicit enrichment exceeding UAH 97 million. The notice of suspicion was served on 27.06.2025. Earlier (December 2024) the SBI served him a notice of suspicion of participation in a criminal organisation and receiving a bribe in other proceedings. The official authorities do not name him; the identification is per Suspilne and LB.ua ("presumably"). Further progress of the case has not been verified. There is no verdict.
