Estate of over 4 ha with lakes and vineyards in Roslavychi registered to acquaintances of the judge

According to a Bihus.Info investigation, since 2020 a longtime acquaintance of judge S. Zhukov, a realtor from Dnipro, and the judge's assistant (the plots were later re-registered to another acquaintance) bought 11 adjacent plots with a total area of over 4 ha in Roslavychi near Kyiv; on the territory enclosed by a single fence there are two houses, a cascade of artificial lakes, vineyards, a cellar and solar panels. The judge and his family live there; he explained that since July 2024 he has been renting the house (the rent is declared), and the second house was bought in autumn 2024 by his student son. The official income of the plot owners, by the journalists' calculation, did not allow such expenses. The journalists estimated the land alone at no less than USD 600 thousand, and the entire territory with houses at about USD 1 million (the episode amount is this journalists' estimate). After the story, the NACP began monitoring the judge's lifestyle, and NABU, according to Bihus.Info, registered criminal proceedings under the articles on illicit enrichment and false declaration; no notice of suspicion has been made public. The judge stated that he is ready to undergo an NACP check.
