Undue advantage to the director of SE “Izium Instrument-Making Plant” for a contract without delivery

According to investigation data cited by Bihus.Info, SE «Izium Instrument-Making Plant» concluded a contract with Vitalii Zhukov's company for the supply of parts; there were no deliveries, but the plant transferred UAH 1.3 million to the company, part of which was converted into cash and handed to the plant's director — UAH 500,000 and USD 15,000. NABU and SAPO served Zhukov a notice of suspicion under Article 369(1) of the Criminal Code; on 27.10.2021 the HACC released him from criminal liability due to the expiry of the statute of limitations. The plant's director was not served a notice of suspicion. There is no verdict.

Undue advantage for influencing a “Ukrspecexport” decision on UAH 7 million in assistance to the Zhytomyr Armoured Plant

According to NABU and SAPO, in 2016, in return for influence on the Director General of SC «Ukrspetsexport», a decision was made to provide an interest-free repayable financial aid of UAH 7 million to SE «Zhytomyr Armoured Plant», which used these funds to pay Optimumspetsdetal LLC. Ihor Hladkovskyi is charged with receiving UAH 950,000 of undue advantage (Article 369-2(2) of the Criminal Code); on 26.04.2021 the indictment was sent to court. Vitalii Zhukov, who was suspected of providing the advantage (USD 35,000 according to Bihus.Info), was released from liability by the HACC in March 2021 due to the expiry of the statute of limitations. There is no verdict.
