NABU and SAPO accuse him of organising the misappropriation of over UAH 195 million of budget funds through Derzhinvestytsii in 2010; the indictment was sent to the HACC on 17 October 2023, and since 2025 the case has been heard in absentia. There is no verdict. According to the prosecution, he is in Russia.
