Bihus.Info journalists reported that the rector of the National Academy of Internal Affairs (NAIA), Ruslan Serbyn, lives in a house of about 400 m² in Kriukivshchyna, registered since 2016 to his mother; the value is not stated in the declaration, while houses of similar size there, according to the journalists, cost from USD 500 thousand. According to the declaration for 2024 — right of use of a 376.9 m² house since 2020. Earlier he received and privatised a one-room apartment in the «Perlyna kadetskoho haiu» residential complex, built on NAIA land for academy staff (in the declaration — a 46.2 m² apartment owned since 2017). The journalists question the need for state housing. No official proceedings have been registered (according to open data); there is no comment from the rector in the video.
