Bihus.Info journalists reported that in 2024 Inna Shrub, who was on the NAIA housing waiting list on the grounds of «living in a dormitory», received the largest of the apartments transferred to the academy in the «City Hub» residential complex — 87 m² with a market value of about USD 130 thousand — and sold it just two months later. According to the journalists, in 2017 the family received a service apartment and privatised it in 2019, and in 2024 gifted it to the academy before receiving the new one; according to the declaration, the family lives in an apartment registered to the official's mother. The journalists question whether the provision of state housing was justified. No official proceedings have been registered (according to open data); Shrub declined to comment.
