Bihus.Info journalists reported that NAIA vice-rector Andrii Zapototskyi received a service apartment of about 100 m² in the «Perlyna kadetskoho haiu» residential complex, built on academy land, privatised it about a year later, and subsequently sold it; according to the declaration, the family invested funds in other real estate, including abroad. He himself moved into a house in the private sector of Kyiv registered to a fellow villager from Cherkasy Oblast (according to the declaration — right of use of a 219 m² house since 2020); similar houses without renovation, according to the journalists, cost from USD 250 thousand. The journalists did not name the value of the service apartment itself. No official proceedings have been registered (according to open data); there is no comment from the official in the video.
