Deputy Mayor of Mykolaiv. In August 2021 NABU and SAPO served him a notice of suspicion in a case concerning the reconstruction of Soborna Square in Mykolaiv: according to investigators, the works were performed at inflated prices, causing the community losses of over UAH 26.8 million. Since May 2023 the case has been heard by the HACC. There is no verdict.

NABU and SAPO accuse him of receiving USD 180 thousand of undue advantage for facilitating the lease of the municipal sanatorium "Brusnytsia"; the case has been heard by the HACC since September 2021. The entrepreneur who, according to the prosecution, provided the money was convicted under a plea agreement. There is no verdict against Muntian; he denies the charges.

In March 2019 NABU notified her of suspicion in the case of the unlawful seizure of over 15 ha of especially valuable NAAS land in Hatne. On 13.12.2024 the HACC delivered a guilty verdict (7 years' imprisonment with confiscation of half of her property); the verdict has been appealed and has not entered into force.
