By an HACC verdict in case No. 991/8417/25 (plea agreement with SAPO), which entered into force on 14 October 2025, found guilty under Article 191(5) of the CC in a case of misappropriating seized petroleum products of S. Kurchenko's companies, with losses estimated by NABU and SAPO at over UAH 817 million: 8 years' imprisonment, released from serving it on 3 years' probation.
