NABU and SAPO accuse him of assisting the then head of the SFS in receiving part of an undue advantage (over EUR 13 million) for VAT refunds to agroholding companies and of laundering it through building real estate in Kyiv. The case was sent to court in 2025; in 2026 the HACC is hearing it together with the case of the former SFS head. He does not admit guilt. There is no verdict.
