On 19.02.2025 NABU and SAPO served him a notice of suspicion in a case in which, according to investigators, the state lost UAH 246 million. Guilt has not been established by a court.

On 30 October 2020 the SBI reported detaining the head of this directorate while receiving USD 100 thousand of USD 200 thousand which, per the SBI, were demanded from a pharma company for closing criminal proceedings. Per media, he was served a notice of suspicion. Guilt not established by a court.
