According to NABU and SAPO, a criminal organisation led by a sitting and a former Member of Parliament, with the participation of officials of the Office of the President, in autumn 2025 carried out a raider seizure of two enterprises with assets of UAH 248 million (the aim was to gain control over real estate in central Kyiv worth over UAH 500 million), and in May 2026 attempted to take possession of real estate worth over UAH 207 million. Unauthorised interference in Ministry of Justice registers and forgery of court decisions and documents were used. Bihus.Info journalists link one of the properties to the former «Arsenal» plant (8 Kniaziv Ostrozkykh St.) and «Filosofiia Developmenta» LLC; according to the investigation, the organisation's activities (at least USD 514 thousand) were financed by the sitting MP. The acts in the case as a whole were classified under Articles 255, 191, 206-2, 209, 358 and 361 of the Criminal Code. Notices of suspicion were served on 19–20.08.2026; there is no verdict. The episode amount is UAH 248 million (value of the assets of the seized enterprises according to the NABU statement).
