According to NABU and SAPO, in 2021–2025 an organised group laundered over UAH 460 million by building the «Dynastiia» cottage community in Kozyn village, Kyiv Oblast (four residences of about USD 2 million each and a spa area); about USD 9 million passed through a «laundry» controlled by a businessman, partly funds from corruption schemes at Energoatom. Notices of suspicion were served on 11–12.05.2026 (Article 209(3) of the Criminal Code), seven suspects. Bihus.Info journalists separately cite investigation data that over UAH 50 million went into building the mansions through two nominal founders. There is no verdict.
